This program uses cluster sets to build strength in the Back Squat, Multi-Grip Bench Press, Trap Bar Deadlift, and Weighted Pull-Up. These exercises are the priority exercises in the design with accessory, or secondary, exercises to follow each day.

The program follows an Upper/Lower layout to allow for focus and recovery between sessions. In terms of progression, you will notice that the primary exercises are decreasing in total volume every 2 weeks with the intention of slightly more intensity each week. The accessory exercises stay static in total volume across all 6 weeks with a shift in exercise selection in week 4.
