What It Is: 

The updated Lifestyle Rx system gives you quick access to historical prescription data directly from the calendar interface, allowing you to reference, reuse, and refine successful lifestyle prescriptions with just a few clicks.

How to Use It:

Step 1: Navigate to the Lifestyle Calendar View

  • Open your client's calendar

  • Click the "Lifestyle" tab at the top of the calendar (next to "Exercise")

  • This dedicated view shows all lifestyle prescriptions clearly separated from exercise programming

Step 2: Access Previous Prescriptions

  • When creating a new prescription (by clicking the broccoli icon), you'll see your most frequently used or recent prescriptions

  • These appear as quick-select options, saving you time when prescribing common habits

  • For a full history view, click on any existing prescription in the calendar to see its complete history and previous modifications

Step 3: Reuse and Modify Past Prescriptions

  • Select any past prescription to use as a template for a new one

  • All settings will be pre-populated, including the target, range settings, and reminders
