What It Is:
The enhanced Lifestyle Rx feature has been completely redesigned to streamline your workflow. You can now create lifestyle prescriptions directly from your client's calendar AND leverage sophisticated tracking metrics that go far beyond simple yes/no completion.
How to Use It:
Step 1: Access the Lifestyle Calendar
Open your client's calendar
Look for the two tabs at the top: "Exercise" and "Lifestyle"
Click on "Lifestyle" to view the lifestyle-specific calendar
Step 2: Create Prescriptions Directly on the Calendar
Click on any day in the calendar
Select the broccoli icon to add a lifestyle prescription
Choose from the expanded list of lifestyle types (steps, active time, bed time, bowel movement number, calories, chews, exercise time, macronutrients, micronutrients, sleep hours, sleep quality)
Step 3: Set Detailed Tracking Parameters
Enter your instructions for the client (e.g., "Aim to get 8-10,000 steps daily")
Set specific targets with customizable ranges (e.g., 10,000 steps with a +/- 2,000 range)
Schedule reminder notifications to prompt client tracking (e.g., 8:00 PM daily)
Step 4: Create Recurring Prescriptions
Choose from flexible scheduling options: no repeat, daily, specific days
Set the prescription to repeat for up to 12 weeks (expanded from the previous 4-week limit)
Add multiple prescriptions by clicking the blue box and selecting "add prescription"
