Program Design Pro Tip: Unlock the Power of RxBot with Our New Use Case Library

Have you ever wished for a tool that could help you create personalized and effective training programs effortlessly? Look no further—RxBot is officially live and here to transform your coaching experience!

To help you get started, we've created a comprehensive Use Case Library. This resource allows you to quickly tailor programs to fit any training scenario. Whether you're designing a bodyweight-only workout, crafting a powerlifting regimen, or planning injury-specific training, this library has you covered.

Understanding the Use Case Library:

The Use Case Library is a table that provides a variety of prompts tailored to specific training scenarios. Here’s how to read and use the table:

  • Use Case Column: This column lists different scenarios where you might want to use RxBot prompts. Examples include:

    • Biasing specific patterns

    • Creating bodyweight-only programs

    • Injury-specific training

    • Creating a powerlifting program

  • Strength Prompt Column: If your training program includes strength training, copy the prompt from this column and use it in RxBot's strength section.

  • EST (Energy System Training) Prompt Column: For programs that incorporate energy system training, copy the relevant prompt and use it in RxBot's EST section.

  • Context Prompt Column: If there’s additional context needed for your program, use the prompts in this column to provide more details to RxBot.

You can access the Use Cases from inside CoachRx!

Steps to Use:

  1. Select a Use Case: Choose a use case that is specific to your clients.

  2. Copy the Prompts: Copy the relevant prompts from the corresponding columns.

  3. Set Up the Program in RxBot:

    • Go to RxBot and start creating a new program.

    • Choose your intention (e.g., build muscle).

    • Paste the strength prompt into the strength section. For example, if you want strength training on Monday and Friday, paste the prompt and specify those days.

    • Paste the EST prompt into the energy system section, specifying the day for aerobic training (e.g., Wednesday).

    • Context Prompt: If there’s a context prompt, add it to the context free text field in RxBot.

  4. Generate the Program: Hit the "Generate Program" button. RxBot will create the program based on your prompts and specified days.

  5. Assign and Adjust: Review the generated program, make any necessary adjustments, and assign it to your calendar.

Feel free to customize and create your own prompts to suit the specific needs of your clients and training programs. The Use Case Library is a dynamic resource that will continue to expand with new use cases. Regularly check back for new scenarios and ideas to keep your training programs fresh and innovative. By doing so, you can continually explore new possibilities and further enhance your coaching repertoire, ensuring that you always have the best tools at your disposal to meet the evolving needs of your clients.
