How to Use It:

Step 1: Familiar Overall Layout

  • Clients will still access the Lifestyle Rx section in their mobile app just as before

  • They'll see "Today's Workout" and their "Lifestyle Prescription" sections,

Step 2: New Results Entry Options

  • The big change comes in how clients enter their results

  • Instead of binary "Yes/No" responses, clients can now enter specific values:

    • For step goals: "Did you hit your 8,000-10,000 steps? Today I walked 9,537 steps"

    • For hydration: "How many ounces of water did you drink? Today I drank 87 ounces"

Step 3: More Specific Feedback

  • Clients can track exactly how close they came to their targets

  • This provides a more nuanced view of compliance than simply "Yes, I did it" or "No, I didn't"

  • Clients can see their progress toward goals more clearly

Step 4: Preparing Your Clients

  • When the update goes live on April 14th, take a moment to notify your clients
