With Weekly Check-Ins, you can establish a regular cadence of communication and feedback outside of day-to-day messaging and results tracking, ensuring a seamless flow of information between you and your clients.

Here's how to use Weekly Check-Ins in your coaching practice:

  1. Either use the default template in the Index or create your own (you can add questions with text, rating or yes/no answers). 
  2. Click on the Consultation icon in the sidebar of the client calendar. 
  3. Click Weekly and then choose the template and day of the week you want to assign the check-in (many coaches opt for a Sunday to reflect on the week past). Switch the toggle to On (blue) and save.
  4. Your client will receive their check-in in their mobile app. If they miss it on the day they can navigate back to it. 
  5. You receive their answers on the dashboard activity feed, where you can review and comment if you desire.
