Expand your reach and streamline your coaching business with CoachRx's feature for selling programs online. Here’s a step-by-step guide to make the most out of this feature:

  1. Set Up Payments: Ensure you have set up payments through CoachRx. This is crucial for receiving payments for your online programs. If you haven't set this up yet, simple instructions in CoachRx will guide you through the process.

  2. Create Your Program: In the Index section of CoachRx, click on Programs to create a new program. You can choose between standard or live programs based on your needs. Fill in the program’s name, description, and decide whether it should be a standard or live program.

  3. Connect Program to Product: After creating your program, go to the Business Suite and create a product and pricing plans for your program. Ensure to connect your program to this product for streamlined selling.

  4. Customize Sales Page: Update your program's sales page settings (you will find this in the program under “Settings”. You can customize this landing page with your brand's unique images, videos, program description, coach information, and more. Remember, this page is your digital storefront for your program, so make it engaging and reflective of what your program offers.

  5. Set Program to Public: Toggle the “Public” setting on to make your program available for online purchase. This sales page can now be embedded on your website, shared via email, on social media, or sent directly to prospects.

  6. Automate Client Onboarding: Upon a client’s purchase, they will be automatically invited to CoachRx through email. The program will be added to their app, and payment or subscription processes will begin. This automation saves time and provides a seamless experience for your new clients.

  7. Monitor and Update: Keep an eye on your program's performance. Utilize feedback to make necessary updates to your program and sales page, ensuring it remains relevant and attractive to your target audience.

  8. Bonus: If you plan on selling your program to the masses and do not want those clients filling up your personal coach roster, create a new “Coach” and use your program’s name for the coach’s name. Then, in products, update the “Coach” field to your program and done-each client that purchaseswill be under your program’s roster instead of your personal roster.
